Terms & CONDITIONS

Scope of Work: The Design Suite offers graphic design services including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, web design, and social media graphics. The scope of work will be outlined in the project listing on our website or via discussion of your custom design work.

Revisions: Any design work surpassing the 3 minor amendments on design work will incur a £5 charge per minor amendment. Please note this is not including if the client wishes to change their original brief, in the event of this, the client would then incur a new service fee if the client wishes to go ahead.

Turnaround Time: Project timelines will be provided in the project listing description on our website or stated upon discussion of your project/ in your pay link or invoice. Delays caused by the client’s lack of timely feedback or changes to the project scope may affect the delivery schedule. Please be mindful of this when booking design work.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in GBP currency and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any design work.

Usage Rights: The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final design for the intended purpose of advertisement of their business. The client may not resell or redistribute the design without written permission from The Design Suite.

Credit: The Design Suite reserves the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials. If the client wishes to keep the project confidential, this must be agreed upon in writing.

Client-Provided Materials: The client warrants that any materials provided to The Design Suite for inclusion in the project do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights. The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Design Suite harmless from any claims arising from the use of such materials. It is the clients responsibility to check all spelling of information provided to The Design Suite for design work. The Design Suite takes no responsibility for spelling mistakes from material provided by the client. The Design Suite will correct errors where seen however will not check information specifically for this.

Source Files: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the source files (such as PSD, AI, or other editable files) remain the property of The Design Suite. Clients are typically provided with final deliverables in non-editable formats (e.g., PDF, JPEG, PNG).

Materials: The client must provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the project in a timely manner. 

Finalisation: The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all designs and revisions. Approval in writing (email or DM is acceptable) is required before final delivery.

Unauthorised Use: Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of The Design Suite’s work will be considered a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.

Refunds: The Design Suite has a strict no refund and returns policy.

Abusive Behaviour: The Design Suite maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff. If a client is found to be engaging in such behaviour, The Design Suite reserves the right to terminate the project immediately. In such cases, the client will not be entitled to a refund.

Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding the quality of work or other concerns, the client should contact The Design Suite in writing to attempt resolution before taking further action. We are committed to working towards a satisfactory resolution for both parties.

The Design Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from the use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

The Design Suite reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By engaging with The Design Suite for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PRINT SERVICES

REFUND POLICY

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRINT ORDERS. THE DESIGN SUITE HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.

COPYRIGHT

YOU MAY NOT RESELL OR REPLICATE ANY DESIGNS CREATED BY THE DESIGN SUITE. THIS APPLIES FOR BOTH DIGITAL & PHYSICAL/PRINTED DESIGNS.

PROOF CHECK

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH DRAFTS OF YOUR DESIGNS PRIOR TO BEING SENT TO PRINT.

PLEASE ENSURE NO AMENDMENTS ARE REQUIRED. THIS INCLUDES SPELLING.

NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO THE DESIGNS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SENT TO PRINT. PLEASE ENSURE WHEN YOU CONFIRM THE FINALISATION OF THE DESIGNS, YOU HAVE CHECKED THEM THOROUGHLY.

COLOURED PRINTING

PRINTED COLOURS MAY DISPLAY SLIGHTLY DIFFERENTLY THAN THE COLOURS SHOWN IN DIGITAL FILES. THE DESIGN SUITE IS NOT AT FAULT FOR THIS AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY IN THE EVENT OF THIS HAPPENING. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PLACING A PRINT ORDER.

TURN AROUND TIME & POSTAGE

THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR PRINTS IS USUALLY 14 DAYS.

THIS CAN BE EFFECTED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. IN THE EVENT OF A DELAY WITH YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY. THE DESIGN SUITE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY DELAYS OR LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS.
